Terms of service

To provide services for the above client on ______________ between the hours of ____________ for a Videographer

Videographer to attend event to be held at the following location(s):

Required deposit of $60.00.

The Customer will make payments as follows: Deposit if mentioned above. Remainder payable to employe/agent of Maritime Athletic PROfiles at least 1 week before the event.

(cash, email transfer or check is ok)

The Customer shall at all times have complete supervision, direction and control over the services provided by this agreement and the ends to be accomplished as long as they are in keeping with accepted professional practices and equipment capabilities.

The Client agrees that either the customer or the official representative is able to reserve extra time on contract for and additional charge of 38.98 per hour, Over time that

has not been reserved past the contracted time is 75.00 per hour.

This agreement may be canceled by either party only on written notice at least 14 days prior to the engagement(s) noted above.

The burden of proof of cancellation will be on the cancelling party. Cancellation by Maritime Athletic PROfiles will result in full refund of all payments. Timely cancellation (more than 14 days notice) by the customer will result in the refund of all payments received by Maritime Athletic PROfiles less the deposit. The customer agrees to pay the balance at least 1 week before the event. Untimely cancellation of this contract ( less than 14 day notice) will result in a charge of 50% of the contracted price. (To recover the cost of loss business.) The customer agrees that any cost incurred to collect overdue payment is payable by the customer.

The customer agrees to assume complete liability for all claims of personal injury or property damage arising from the engagement(s)noted herein and hold Maritime Athletic PROfiles harmless in all such cases, except when caused by an employee/agent or property of Maritime Athletic PROfiles.

The customer also agrees to supply or arrange adequate fees associated with their event charged by the venue.

The customer agrees that if Maritime Athletic PROfiles staff is booked to be at the event while food is being served that Maritime Athletic PROfiles staff is included in your meal or food arangements.

The customer agrees that should Maritime Athletic PROfiles staff have to travel over 30 km from Halifax that the government approved mileage standard be applied to the end cost of the product.
